Download Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2010Ģ. In case you still want Picture Manager back, it is suggested to use the free SharePoint Designer 2010 to bootstrap the Office Picture Manager:ġ. And the feature has basically been replaced by Windows Live Photo Gallery which contains better photo-editing software. As far as I know, the Office Picture Manager has been removed since Office 2013.
